Based in Quebec or Montreal, we are searching for a lawyer or notary committed and excited to join our team. Note that we offer a hybrid work model that meets the expectations of today’s professionals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drafting and negotiation of agreements related to commercial real estate transactions such as financing, sales and acquisitions;
• Elaborating case management strategies;
• Managing entire cases with the necessary support from the team.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate law, and more specifically in financing, sales and acquisitions; with large real estate financing transactions representing approximately 70% of the case load, and large commercial real estate sales and acquisitions representing 30%;
• Manage a heavy workload while meeting deadlines;
• Excellent teamwork skills;
• Strong negotiation skills;
• Independent and proactive, organized and business acumen;
• Committed and motivated attitude to build a long-term relationship with clients and colleagues;
• Bilingual, both verbally and in writing.
