Mélanie Dubé

A member of the Chambre des notaires since 2006, Me Mélanie Dubé specializes in notarial services, particularly in real estate law, co-ownership law, financing and mortgages, sales and acquisitions.

A graduate in notarial law from Université Laval, she also holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Université de Montréal and a D.E.C. in paralegal studies from Cégep F.-X. Garneau. A member of the professional inspection committee of the Chambre des notaires du Québec, Me Dubé was a scrutineer in the presidential and general elections of the Chambre des notaires du Québec.

Mélissa Laflamme

Me Mélyssa Laflamme holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Sherbrooke and practices civil and family law in Val-d’Or. During her studies, she was on the First Class Graduation Honours List at Dawson College in Montreal.

Me Laflamme joined the Cain Lamarre team in 2019, first as a law student, then as an intern and finally as a lawyer. A young ally, nothing is left to chance for Me Laflamme. Marie-Sandrine Bélanger

Me Marie-Sandrine Bélanger specializes in litigation and handles cases in insurance, construction, and civil liability. After obtaining a certificate in business administration from Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières, Me Bélanger obtained a bachelor’s degree in law, international profile, from Université Laval. She has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 2020.

Energetic, Me Bélanger is endowed with a great capacity to adapt, allowing her to get to the bottom of things and master her cases. Audrey Poirier

Expertise: aboriginal and constitutional law

Audrey Poirier is a native of Quebec City and holds dual citizenship in Canada and the United States. She chose to practise law to devote herself exclusively to Indigenous law. More specifically, she specialises in ancestral rights and specific claims, and deals with files concerning First Nations governance, as well as the negotiation of constitutional and administrative agreements.

A member of the Quebec Bar since 2021, Me Poirier holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Université de Sherbrooke and completed an internship in Indigenous law in Calgary.
