Marie-Claude Veilleux mainly practices in municipal, environmental, and public administration law. She consults for the day-to-day management of municipalities and collaborates with various municipal stakeholders in matters of access to information, land use and urban planning, the environment, contract management, and municipal management on a daily basis. Ms. Veilleux prepares and drafts legal opinions, municipal by-laws, intermunicipal agreements, tender documents, and other acts or documents required by the various laws governing municipal bodies. Called to the Barreau in 2008, she joined the Cain Lamarre team at the Sherbrooke office in 2019.
