Partner Louis-Charles Bélanger counts 31 years in the profession. He began his career in Montréal but relocated permanently to Rouyn-Noranda in 1991 to practice mainly in labor and employment law. He also works in administrative law. In addition to his career as a lawyer, for many years he also taught workplace health and safety at Université du Québec en Abitibi-Témiscamingue.
