After completing a master’s degree in business law at the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, M^e Roudine Ishak obtained an equivalence of the Bachelor of Laws degree from the Université de Montréal. As a lawyer in our Montreal office, M^e Ishak can serve her clients in English, French and Arabic. She has developed an expertise in Real Estate and business law. More specifically, she is involved in files relating to construction law, commercial law, and information technology (IT) law. In addition, with respect to Real Estate law, she handles cases related to the sale, acquisition, and rental of property. M^e Ishak is a major asset for our Real Estate group. Her clients are mainly from the construction, Real Estate, and telecommunications and technology sectors. She knows all about Real Estate, commercial leases, and contractual negotiation in IT.

Thanks to her 360-degree approach, M^e Ishak is very efficient in project management. Her goal is to bring all the pieces together to achieve her client’s goal. She is said to have the audacity to go the extra mile. Furthermore, she is not afraid to put all the odds on her side. After all, as she says, “nothing ventured, nothing gained.” Fierce negotiator, energetic, dynamic, persevering, and tenacious are some of the words that define her professional personality. With her great listening skills and efficiency, she knows how to find creative solutions to complex situations. Outside of the office, M^e Ishak is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys reading and playing sports, such as cycling and running.
