M^e Dounia Akkabi holds a Bachelor of Law degree from Université de Montréal and a Certificate in Financial Management from the London School of Economics. She returned to her native region to join the Commercial Group in the Rouyn-Noranda office. She practises business, commercial, corporate, and transactional law where she assists companies in all stages of their growth with informed and personalized advice on financing, mergers, acquisitions, and international transactions. M^e Akkabi is regularly involved in due diligence activities, mergers and acquisitions, and the drafting and review of complex contractual documents.
