Gaulin advises employers in both unionized and non-unionized environments on labour relations and occupational health and safety issues. He represents employers in the Administrative Labour Tribunal, arbitration tribunals, and courts of law. Gaulin also acts in the negotiation of collective agreements and individual employment and termination contracts. Called to the Barreau in 2008, he joined the Cain Lamarre team at the Sherbrooke office in 2019.
