Title : Lawyer Year of call : 2014

Expertise : aboriginal and constitutional law | business law

Hotline: 873 381-3770

Since joining Cain Lamarre, Me Dion has predominantly focused her practice on aboriginal law and business law, more specifically in cases involving the negotiation of impact and benefit agreements, the drafting of partnership agreements between non-indigenous and Indigenous businesses and drafting and reviewing contracts. She completes her practice by working on intellectual property cases, namely cases for the protection and recognition of copyrights and trademarks, as well as the protection of trade secrets.

Me Dion began her career in criminal law and family and youth protection law, which sharpened her sense of repartee and gave her a confidence and ease to speak, present and debate with assurance in public.

Since maintaining good and genuine relationships with her clients is essential to her, Me Dion is not afraid to travel in order to meet her clients both in their communities and in large centers, in Quebec and Ontario.
