M^e Richard Bergeron, managing partner of the Saguenay firm, has been practicing law since 1980. He is a member of the firm's Board of Directors and Executive Committee, as well as Chairman of the Governance Committee and the Nominating Committee. He is also a fellow member of the Construction Lawers Society of America.

His main areas of practice, to which he brings his experience and skills, are construction, business and litigation (commercial, civil and constitutional) law. Moreover, he has a nationally recognized leading expertise in construction law and commercial litigation. M^e Bergeron is frequently solicited to act as a trainer or speaker in the field of construction. His career has led him to plead before all levels of courts, including the Supreme Court of Canada.

His clientele includes several major general contractors, as well as specialized contractors and equipment manufacturers who operate internationally. M^e Bergeron also represents public and private clients, and routinely acts in a preventive manner, both in the drafting of contractual documents and various written work, and as legal counsel.
