Pierre Lévesque, partner, has practiced commercial and corporate law for more than 35 years and has developed particular expertise in banking law and financing as well as bankruptcy and insolvency. He represents a wide range of businesses in Québec and the rest of Canada and regularly counsels his clients on public and private financing, guarantees, investment and issuance of debt securities, and business acquisitions and sales. His experience also enables him to guide and assist these businesses in setting up complex structures. He gives numerous presentations on various aspects of corporate law.
