Olivier Hébert graduated with a degree in law from Université Laval and was called to the Québec Bar in 2004. He practices primarily in administrative law, labor relations, and litigation. He has developed considerable expertise counseling and representing health and social services institutions as well as various other partners in the Québec healthcare system on issues as varied as internal governance and the organization of services, disciplinary law, access to information, labor contract and collective agreement management, procurement of goods and services, and medical and hospital liability. Olivier's experience in labor and employment law also serves him well in counseling and assisting employers on every aspect of human resources management, and representing them before Québec's courts and administrative tribunals.
