A member of the Chambre des notaires since 2008, Me Karine Lévesque practices in Rimouski, her hometown. Following her university studies at the University of Sherbrooke, where she obtained a diploma in notarial law as well as a bachelor’s degree in law, Me Lévesque chose to return to her community to practice notarial law. Working mainly in the areas of personal and family law, real estate law and traditional notarial services, Me Lévesque is known for her professionalism and personalized approach. Her ability to put clients at ease has enabled her to quickly settle many large-scale cases.

During her career, Me Lévesque has specialized in certain areas, notably in non-contentious proceedings such as applications for the opening of a protective regime, the homologation of a protective mandate and the probate of a will.

Close to her clients, to whom she regularly travels, Me Lévesque is also very comfortable with the new remote signing procedures that facilitate file management for clients who are outside the region or the country. In addition, Me Lévesque is often called upon to lead conferences on preparing for retirement.
